All domestic shipments are shipped via our trusted Courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses (we like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up and also that it is signed for).

Our website does not currently support international purchases. However, we can arrange this for you directly, please contact us for assistance.
We ship worldwide via Fed-Ex Worldwide and other trusted services.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a sale must be made within 12 hours of the order.
RETURNS
Returns for goods that are not engraved or custom made can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. A credit note to the value of the order will be provided to goods that are returned in original condition, with original packaging and documents. Shipping charges apply.
All engraved and custom pieces are final with no returns or credit note available.
